8X on the Park
LIVE THE PARK LIFE
8X on the Park is a rare residential opportunity in Vancouver’s Yaletown district to live with an expansive park the size of a city block just outside your door. This building will be an architectural landmark for the city. The tower’s form rises in eight-storey bands, inspired by the scale of neighbouring heritage building, while the Richards Street side is defined by innovative solar shading in a distinctive X pattern.
The project’s brand identity was designed to mirror these distinctive details. The brand’s association with the form of the building was furthered via 2 custom patterns that we created, taken from the architectural form. They were used throughout the print, digital and environmental spaces to animate the visuals and emphasize the unique building design.
